Laura Mock is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Therapeutic Recreation Specialist who has been working in the field for over 25 years. She is uniquely qualified to guide our community of caregivers regarding recreational therapy. Laura has a bachelor’s in science in Therapeutic Recreation and will use her years of experience to educate our users on ways to improve the quality of life for those under their care while simultaneously providing respite and moments for their own self-care.

Carrie has her Master of Science focused in Gerontology (study of aging) and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She has been a professional caregiver on and off for the last ten years. She wants to reach as many people as possible to reduce the stigma about dementia and Alzheimer’s through sharing information and experiences. Carrie now works for the senior technology company, iN2L (www.iN2L.com) as an Implementation Success Manager.
